The pandemic has negatively impacted far too many career and college journeys. Whether you're a student, graduate, or professional, Masters is here and ready to help you.

On the 1st of each month, one entrant will be selected to receive or gift a free session. The deadline is 11:59PM EST March 31, 2021 for the April 1st selection. Selection is random and will be announced via email, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

To celebrate the opening of Masters Career & College Advising, LLC, and
provide much-needed guidance during this pandemic, I'll be giving away
free sessions to one entrant each month. These sessions provide personalized,
one-on-one support for students, graduates, and professionals who need to:

-update or start a resume
-gain effective job search strategies
-get career or college questions answered

MASTERS’ SESSION GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS


Eligibility


Masters Career & College Advising, LLC’s Session Giveaway (“Program”) is open to legal residents of the United States who, as of the date of his/her entry, are sixteen (16) years or older.


Employees of Masters Career & College Advising, LLC (“Sponsor”), and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies (collectively, “Related Entities”) and members of their immediate family or household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Also, the potential winner cannot have won in a previous two (2) month period. This monthly program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter


One entry per person. Entrants may enter the Giveaway by completing the registration form found at www.mastersadvising.com/session-giveaway (“Entry”) and providing all of the information required by the application, including, but not limited to personal information verification. The Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official time-keeping device for the program.


The application process will be open and accepting applicants beginning 12:00AM on the beginning of each month and end at 11:59 PM at the end of each month on an ongoing basis. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all times and days are Eastern Time.


Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Use of automated devices in not valid for entry. Any Entry that is submitted with the use of an automated device will be void. By submitting an Entry, applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and the Masters Career & College Advising, LLC Privacy Policy.


The dates and times set forth herein are subject to change in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of any change, notice of the revised date or time will be posted on the www.mastersadvising.com/session-giveaway page.


Prize


Sessions in the form of one (1) 60-minute virtual session, including one (1) month of follow-up support, will be conducted with selected recipients on an ongoing monthly basis. Sponsor can end the giveaway at any time and for any reason.


Random Drawing/Winner Selection Process


One (1) random winner will be selected on the last day of each month, among all Entries received during the calendar month.


Sponsor will notify award recipients by email, text message, or phone call. The odds of winning depend upon the number of Entries received.


At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification and the selection of an alternate Recipient may result from any of the following, without limitation: [a] a potential Recipient’s failure to respond to email notification within seventy-two (72) hours after its transmission; [b] the return of an email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts; [c] a potential Recipient’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity, residency, and any other information requested by Sponsor; [d] any other non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a disqualification or Program Award forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select or not select an alternate Recipient, and award or not award the forfeited Program Award.


Entries will not be approved if the applicant is disqualified as a result of violating the rules or not complying with these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor’s decision is final in all matters relating to this Program.


Legal


By entering this Program, entrants and the Winner: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor, and the Related Entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Program, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy; (3) communicate to Sponsor their decision to consent or not consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law, and (4) acknowledge that the stated parties have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to career-related decisions, job offers, college-related decisions, scholarship offers, and college/major/program acceptances. Sponsor may prohibit individuals from participating in Program and disqualify entries if they (1) attempt to enter the Program through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; (2) attempt to disrupt the Program or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules in any way; or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for the Program Official Rules or act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the Program are final. In the event the Sponsor, or Related Entities are prevented from continuing with this Program or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Program is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s or Related Entities’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event) the Sponsor, and Related Entities shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Program without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, or Related Entities, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Program as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor, and Related Entities reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and Entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.


Use of Information/Privacy Policy


The information that you provide in connection with the Program may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes and to send you information but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Program or as required by law, Program administrator or legal process.
